I read a book that changed my life

It is incredible that pages filled with words have the ability to do so but they do. The book? Tiny Beautiful Things - Advice on Love and Life from Dear Sugar by Cheryl Strayed. I was hesitate at first because I thought it was silly to need advice on love and life. The only advice I needed on love was how to make it uncomplicated and the only advice I needed on life was how to make it uncomplicated. I was wrong. There was so much more I needed.

Tiny Beautiful Things is a book that holds a series of questions asked to and answered by an online advice columnist known as Sugar. Her name is Cheryl Strayed, a #1 New York Times bestselling author, wife, mother, and all around great human. Through her answers, Cheryl shares with us struggle, love, pain, joy, and guidance. There were multiple times that I had to stop reading and wipe the tears off my face. There were multiple times that I had to stop reading and realize that I too knew the feeling. There were multiple times that I had to stop reading and reflect on my own life. To say that this book is nothing but beautiful would be an understatement. It is much more. It is powerful.

These are answers to questions that people like you and I have. Though I wish I could share more, I will not. I know many of us are busy with life but make room for this book. Read it and reflect. When you are done, read it again and this time highlight and note. When you do, share with me your thoughts. I too, have many.
